How it works
Sardell Capital is not a bank. The loan is agreed between the two owners; we put them in contact.

- Agreement between ownersThe amount and the terms are agreed between the two owners. We do not publish rates or returns.
- Mortgage guaranteeThe loan is secured with a mortgage on the property.
- ClosingOur 3% fee is paid at closing.
