Sardell Group and Sardell Realty collect information you submit when making an inquiry, including your name, email, telephone or WhatsApp number, requested property, travel dates, group size, bedroom needs, nightly budget, trip priorities, requester type and message.
We may also receive technical and attribution information such as the page visited, referring page, device or browser information, IP-derived information handled by our service providers, UTM parameters, ad click identifiers (including GCLID, FBCLID and MSCLKID), campaign, placement and first/last landing page. The site may use cookies and browser storage to retain this attribution.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, match travelers with relevant properties, prepare or follow up on quotes, operate and secure the website, measure which campaigns produce useful inquiries, improve advertising, and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information for money.
We use service providers that may process information on our behalf, including Netlify, Google services, Meta technologies and WhatsApp Business. Their own privacy terms may also apply when you use their products. Advertising and analytics settings may transmit website activity or conversion signals to Google or Meta.
We retain inquiry and attribution information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, business records, security and applicable obligations. You may restrict cookies or browser storage through your browser and use the advertising controls offered by Google and Meta; doing so may affect attribution but should not prevent you from contacting us directly.
You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, or withdraw future marketing contact, subject to records we must reasonably retain. Identity verification may be required before completing a request.
Because Sardell works with providers and audiences in the Dominican Republic and the United States, information may be processed in more than one country.
